Automatically check ``Allow IP options`` when IGMP is selected

Description
It's not as clear with IGMPv1 but from the relevant RFCs IGMPv2 requires IP options and IGMPv3 seems to require it as well. The GUI should automatically check the "Allow IP options" option when Protocol is set to "IGMP".
