Did not set DNS server on the LAN clients automatically if Netgate 2100 setup with Serial console only.

Description
I set up a Netgate 2100 (v24.11) from the factory default to a simple NAT router via a Serial console only. (Not GUI)
I found that every client that connects to its LAN ports can not get the DNS server address automatically, and I should set a DNS server address on all clients manually, or , manipulate the /conf/config.xml and insert the DNS server address in the <dnsservers> section.

I'll need to know a little more about the configuration, can you submit a config.xml with any specifics that are private redacted? Also, did you reinstall v24.11 on this 2100 or did you have a 2100 with v24.11 pre-installed and you configured it on the console?

I attached here its config.xml.
I used Netgate 2100 with v24.11 pre-installed, and I configured it on the console.
Nothing in that config seems out of place, the dhcpd and resolver conf are the same as any other install. What are the contents of /var/dhcpd/etc/dhcpd.conf?

That's because I manually set the DNS on the clients.

I understand, I'm attempting to identify what (if anything) is unexpected in your configuration. May I see your dhcpd.conf?

Is this the dhcp configuration as originally generated on first boot? The domain-name-servers option is present as I expect.

Yes, I did not make any changes to DHCP
I'm not able to replicate what you've seen, can you describe the setup that you performed on the console?

I found the solution.
I should factory reset the appliance while the WAN and LAN ports are already connected. So, there is no problem with DNS resolution.
The problem will happen if the WAN/LAN cables are connected after doing the factory reset.
