Zabbix Agent 7 Spawning Too Many Instances of Itself

Description

When rebooting the appliance, the Zabbix Agent 7 package tries to launch itself multiple times erroneously. This appears to not affect functionality, as it recognizes the process is already running and stops the second attempt, but doesn't seem to be desired or intended behavior. This happens on every reboot when the service is started.

Log entry each time:
zabbix_agentd [22900]: Is this process already running? Could not lock PID file [/var/run/zabbix-agent/zabbix_agentd.pid]: [35] Resource temporarily unavailable
