Crash when DHCP is disabled

Description
I'm running pfSense 2.8.0 in QEMU emulator on my ARM-based chipset laptop.
It worked well until I disabled its LAN DHCP and connected to it with a static IP.
The pfSense speed is very low now, and I get the attached screenshots on my browser.
I also attached the PHP reporter log.

I'm not surprised. Emulation is SLOW. As such, this likely exposes race conditions that just aren't seen on native hardware.
Fixing these race conditions exposed through emulation is good for the sake of correctness, but in practice they are very unlikely to cause real world problems.
- Status changed from Rejected to Confirmed
I knew that slow processing in emulation systems is not considered. The main problem is why this happens after disabling the DHCP server in the LAN!
Thank you
