Description

It would be beneficial to have a warning/notice banner at the top of the FRR configuration pages if a raw configuration is active.

Users set one without realizing the implications then proceed to make changes wondering why it's not working.

I can confirm this is an issue for customers. I had a customer using a raw config edit that kept being overwritten by edits to the GUI. They were unaware it was one or the other.
