Add Autonegotiation Limitation Notice to Netgate 8300 Documentation for ice(4) Interfaces

Based on feedback, it seems the ice(4) driver does not support disabling Auto Negotiation, regardless of the SFP+ or SFP module in the appliance interfaces. Similar to igc interfaces, only the highest speed value can be set for pfSense Plus.
This isn't typically an issue for fiber interfaces, but adding an SFP+ copper module, for example, could cause issues, or using a 1000BASE-SX connection and trying to set it manually without auto negotiation.
As such, we may want to add a notice to the docs that calls out this limitation for customers to be aware of it.
