Since https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/16569 was closed as "not a bug" I suggest changing this bit on the page:
"A schedule can apply to specific days, such as September 2, 2016, or to days of the week, such as Monday-Wednesday..."
to something like:
"A schedule can apply to specific dates, the same date every year, or to days of the week, such as Monday-Wednesday..." and then add a note to clarify that all schedule entries are recurring every year.
