Description

If you delete two OPT interfaces with the DHCP server enabled, you end up with a broken configuration.

XML error: OPTXXXX at line 128 cannot occur more than once

2.0 has a proper fix, so for a quick fix in 1.2.x, rather than OPTXXXX it needs to replace that with OPTtimestamp (year month date hour minutes seconds) to ensure it never collides.
