Description

rc.newwanipv6 needs work. Might need to converge with rc.newwanip to avoid race and stepping on each other causing recursive configure.

Included rrd.inc so that the script actually executes.

Seems to be working ok, as-is. We'll open seperate tickets when we encounter other issues.

It fires ok for the DHCP6 client, need to fix adding resolvers when more then 1 is sent by the remote server.

Added seperate ticket for the double DNS server issue. Doesn't currently cause recursive configure. Marking resolved for now.
