Description

After clicking "Download configuration", it takes more than 30 seconds for the configuration to download. Chrome sits there spinning, Firefox sits at "Starting..." in the Downloads screen, and once it actually starts the download it's there instantaneously.

This is independent of the config size - doesn't matter if you're backing up only one 10 line section of the config with no RRD, or all of the config minus RRD, or all of the config with RRD.
