It appears the latest client export utility's xml's screwy:

I just installed this in an AMD64 VM about 5 minutes ago and it works fine. Be sure you are gitsynced to current master code before trying to install it.

On 2.1 it does (and will for a while) because the package backend was changed to PBIs and there are bound to be issues that come up from that.

When reporting issues on 2.1 it is always best to gitsync and attempt to reproduce them before opening a ticket, to make sure you aren't hitting a bug that has already been fixed, regardless of what is being done.
