User Manager server settings appear/disappear randomly, although they still appear to work in 2.1

Description
After creating an LDAP server under the User Manager and configuring it, the settings appear to visually revert to an earlier version of the settings or the settings associated with a different server. In other words--you cannot reliably view and edit the server settings, as they don't reflect the actual, current setting.
