Description

In this changeset an error was introduced:
http://redmine.pfsense.org/projects/pfsense/repository/diff/usr/local/sbin/ppp-linkdown?rev=514f63d122c60a74e6a131fe97208ccb58ed02f2&rev_to=8ed478973f20678568f03f00309a5165aa48a1b3

At least on our installation, $3 already contains an IP with /32 which makes the additional /32 unneccessary and breaks the pfctl call.

Unfortunately fixing this still doesn't fix out issue (Asterisk behind pfsense fails to re-register after a WAN loss until state is reset).
I wanted to report it nonetheless.

Avoid duplicating /32 suffix on 3rd ppp-linkdown parameter (local-ip). It should fix #2700
