Description
It's currently possible to configure an IP alias or CARP IP on the network or broadcast address of a subnet. For instance, a VIP of 192.168.1.0/24. Since that's not a valid config, input validation should prevent that when attempted with an IP alias or CARP IP (it's potentially legit when used with proxy ARP and Other type VIPs).
