Typos in /etc/inc/shaper.inc result in broken system

Description

In the last few snapshots at least, there are a few typos in /etc/inc/shaper.inc. This prevents the webconfigurator or any services from starting properly. The error is: "Fatal error: Call to undefined method hfsc_queue::SetDescritption() in /etc/inc/shaper.inc on line 967"

Now that I've figured this out, I've attached a diff showing the problem. Applying the diff results in a working system again.
