Siproxd and portsentry not installing properly

Description

When installing siproxd, the installation fails with no error message given in the installer output or logs. Here is the output:

 Downloading package configuration file... done.
 Saving updated package information... done.
 Downloading siproxd and its dependencies... done.
 Checking for successful package installation... failed!
Installation aborted.
 --------------------------------------------------------

Portsentry seems to install properly, but never gets past "Writing configuration..." Output:

--------------------------------------------------------
 Executing custom_php_install_command()...done.
 Writing configuration... 
 --------------------------------------------------------

Sorry about being so vague, but I can't seem to locate any logs of the incident. Have checked /var/logs/*, but please let me know if I'm missing something, or if I can provide any more info.

I just tried to install sipproxyd on 2.0 (nanobsd) - and get a similiar error:

The last part of the log goes:

Checking for successful package installation... of siproxd-0.7.0_1 failed

Trying to remove this package, just sits at:

Removing package... 
Loading package configuration siproxd.xml...
