"protocol" field in rules does not support selection of protocol 41 (used by GIF tunnels)

Description

I would like to be able to include traffic that leaves over a GIF tunnel in my traffic shaping for the physical interface over which it is routed. It seems like this should be easily achieved by creating a rule that matches on the "protocol" field (GIF tunnels use IPv4 with protocol 41); however, the protocol drop-down does not contain a suitable entry, nor does it support input of arbitrary protocol numbers.

Please add a "GIF" field to the protocol drop-down list that is the same as the existing "GRE" entry but uses protocol 41, not 47.
