Virtual IP creation allows submitting form without selecting a type

Description

When adding a new Virtual IP on Firewall->Virtual IPs it is possible to create a virtual IP without selecting a Virtual IP type.
The virtual IP seems to behave like it's of the type "other" but the type is neither selected when editing the virtual IP, nor shown on the ovweview list.

The problem occurs on the current snapshot of 2.1 amd64: 2.1-RC0 (amd64) built on Wed Jul 24 15:12:59 EDT 2013

jep, that did the trick.

I tested it on two pfsense boxes. on one machine I pulled the commit with playback gitsync and on the other I just added the "&" by hand.
Not selecting a type triggers a form validation error now, just as expected.
