Description

Hi, I hope this isn't a duplicate, I searched reasonably well.
In the latest version of 2.1 (I took the daily build from Aug 15th), radius and CP works ok, but the start/stop accounting packets are both sent twice. This is the same for both "No accounting" and "start/stop" accounting. The Acct-Session_Id's are identical on both the packets. There's a delay of 3seconds between each packet.
On confirmation of authentication, there's also a noticeable delay until the redirected web page appears, then from that point onwards, pages load quickly. This is not observed when accounting is switched off.
