Description

Creating/editing a record is unnecessarily hard. The description for External IP Subnet and Destination are not clear in the sense of what the relationship between these two fields are. Description suggests that "any" is most likely the best choice, without explaining why. Worse, if using multiple IPs on 1:1 NAT it's also wrong and causes the issues described in this post: http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,66291.new/topicseen.html

The help article the screen links to on http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/1:1_NAT also doesn't mention anything about the two fields "External IP Subnet" and Destination. Seems like the description there applies to older versions of pfSense and may need some updating too.

It would also be advantageous if the screen would remind the user to add the described IP to the Virtual IP list (better even just add it automatically, if not there already), as the feature is not functional otherwise.

I added a note to the documentation re: destination, which is the only legit issue here.
