Creating Gateway in Interface page forces default gateway to be set even if unchecked.

Description

When you create a gateway from the Interfaces tab, the interface gets the default gateway bit set, even if you
unchecked the check box.
This is readily repeatable.
Seems to happen on both wan and lan interfaces.
