Unable to restore configuration from same build

Description
I ran an install from the live cd, configured pfSense, downloaded my configuration, blew the install away with another product, decided I liked pfSense better, reinstalled it from the livecd, tried to upload my previously saved configuration on the backup/restore page, and received an error message. I've included two screen shots to better convey the before and after. However, I also received the error when I tried to rename the configuration to config.xml and config and when I tried to restore the same configuration that I currently have that I just downloaded.
Hopefully it's not a beta bug and I'm just ... well, thanks for taking a look at it.

Don't report issues with a build that's nearly a month old on a development branch. There have been several hundred changes since then. Please try again with the latest version and report back.

Just updated to 2.0-BETA1 built on Mon Jan 25 20:34:58 EST 2010, and the issue remains.

I cannot replicate this.
Please post the config that gets rejected to try and replicate with it.
