Description
There is a strange case about ip address definition.
For example:
192.168.1.1 is a CARP IP
192.168.1.2 is alias on 192.168.1.1
192.168.1.3 is alias on 192.168.1.1
if 192.168.1.1 is edited and saved 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.3 deleted from ifconfig output. Sometimes 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.3 are automatically removed from the interface without any editing.

never seen that, can't seem to replicate

can't replicate, and with CARP changes in 10/2.2, anything along these lines changes significantly so not likely to be an issue.
