Description

Since the removal of ping_hosts.sh from /etc/ we no longer have a facility for IPSEC ping keep-alive.

However, we need to verify that apinger supports a source IP Address directive and if it does not add it to apinger.

IPsec ping alive works.
ping_hosts.sh script moved to /usr/local/[s]bin and is run with minicron on bootup by rc unconditionally!

The script needs some work on how it handles carp status which might even impact overall script usefulness.

Probably this should be moved to a feature request for apinger.
