Description

Captive Portal Bandwidth limiting does not seem to work.

I enabled a basic traffic shaper.
I enabled on captive portal bandwidth limits of 768 down, 128 up.
Test laptop using either radius auth or Voucher code is able to download and upload at any rate.

I just discovered that the autoupdater thing wasn't updating past Jan 22, so I just did a manual update to pfSense-Full-Update-2.0-BETA1-20100215-1110.tgz
