diag_ipsec.php is way too noisy in 2.2. Those are good details to have, but what you want as an overview is a quick glance at what tunnels you have and whether or not they're up, and what mobile users are connected. Exactly what's in 2.1.5 and every prior version. With the current screen, get a handful of VPNs up and you end up with a massive wall of text where the important overview stuff is lost in the noise. You can't tell anything at a glance.

I think the best option for resolving is to move the current diag_ipsec.php to diag_ipsec_details.php or something along those lines, add a Details tab under Status>IPsec pages for that, and bring back 2.1.5's diag_ipsec.php for Overview.
