Description
When viewing diag_ipsec.php with mobile IPsec configured, there are a couple issues.
1) if there are no clients connected, it shows the orange X and "Disconnected". While technically accurate, the orange X is a bit ominous looking and might make people think it's not running. This would be much better changed to "Awaiting connections", with a green status.
2) mobile IPsec configs show the "Connect" button to the right, which is only relevant to site to site VPNs. Mobile configs in this context can't connect in that way. Fixing #1 likely fixes this regardless, but wanted to note it.
