Can't remove shaper or queue in IE11

Description

Browser: IE11;

Removing shaper:
1. Configure shaper via "Dedicated Links" wizard;
2. Go to "By interface" tab and press "Remove Shaper" button;
3. Nothing happens;

Removing queue:
1. Configure shaper via "Dedicated Links" wizard;
2. Go to "By interface" tab and choose any queue (let it be "qP2P")
3. Press "Delete this queue";
4. Nothing happens;

The issue in not reproducible in Chrome-based Opera (version 28 in my case). It is reproducible in IE;
