Bulk alias import seems to break with >64 CIDR networks

Description
When trying to import large numbers of CIDR nets it seems to break at around 64. I tried to import about 200. When trying to save, there is an error that the alias name already exists, and the list stops at 64 and the 65th entry has an IP but no CIDR, which also results in an error.
Also, just after import, in the alias list the imported entry appears to have an extra space after the CIDR.
The number may not be as important as the format, it seems. Here is what the config looks like, obviously these ^M's shouldn't be there:
