PPTP with Radius does not work

Description

Environment:
-LAN IP Subnet 192.168.1.0/24 (gateway 192.168.1.1)
-PPTP server address 192.168.1.253
-PPTP remote address range 192.168.1.208/28
-PPTP server enabled with Radius server on internal network: 192.168.1.10
-PPTP firewall rule allow all from PPTP clients to any

When client connects it correctly gets assigned the first IP in the range (192.168.1.208) and authentication is okay. However, traffic is not passing. Not able to ping anything in the LAN range.

Turn off Radius authentication and create account on pfsense PPTP server and reconnect. Client again gets assigned the first IP address in the range (192.168.1.208) and can successfully access LAN.

I can't see anything in the logs suggesting what is the problem with PPTP + Radius but it does not work.
