Description

Using pfSense 2.2 release on Hyper-V 2.2 with regular network adapters (not legacy adapters), HFSC queues can be set up properly, however it does not appear to be working. When you go to view the queues, an error appears to be logged:
php-fpm51998: /status_queues.php: XML error: no altqstats object found!

In looking at the ALTQ documentation, it appears the hn drivers are not supported, but this forum post seems to indicate that they are: https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=83475.0

I am not sure what other information I can provide, but will gladly upon request.

that message means there are no queues in the running ruleset. I suspect this is actually a duplicate of a different bug with Hyper-V, fixed in 2.2.1 snapshots. #4445 Try a 2.2.1 snapshot from https://snapshots.pfsense.org and report back, I suspect that will probably fix it.

Not fixed in 2.2.1 snapshot.

I ran through the multi-wan wizard using defaults for most things and just clicked next through everything. Once finished it said it was reloading. I went to view the queues and none show up. Look in the system log and still see this:

Mar 12 00:37:14 pfSense check_reload_status: Reloading filter
Mar 12 00:37:20 pfSense php-fpm53349: /status_queues.php: XML error: no altqstats object found!

Still not working at 2.2.5-RELEASE. Hypervisor is Hyper-V 2012, too. Needed to change shaper scheduler to PRIQ, which is not so good

Try again on 2.4, if it is possible, it should work there.
