Description

1) spews some debugging out. 

WebGUIProto = https

2) changing TCP port for webGUI doesn't work

3) max processes changes aren't saved

4) SSH settings aren't those from the config, and changing them doesn't work.

5) serial/console changes don't work

seems most of the fields here outside HTTP/HTTPS selection fixed in #4970 don't work, check them all.
