Description

Service > Quagga OSPFd > Status tab results in 404 - Not Found.
Service > Quagga OSPFd > Raw Config tab results in exclamation ERROR: No valid package defined.

2.2.4-RELEASE (i386)
built on Sat Jul 25 19:56:41 CDT 2015
FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE-p15

On package install:
the pacakge installer tab states: Loading package configuration... done.
Additional files... quagga_ospfd_raw.xml failed.
Loading package instructions...

Copying quagga_ospfd_raw_xml from a 2.2.2 box does not make the gui work. Reinstalling the GUI XML components through packages does not fix.

Quagga itself communicates fine and establishes Full Neighbor. Only the GUI seems to have issues.

recreated on another i386 alix box with same pfsense config (backup restore from original). not recreated on i386 alix box with different config (package worked correctly). copying /usr/local/www/status_ospfd.php and /usr/local/bin/quaggactl over seems to fix the problem.

Zero issues with the GUI as well, all the tabs working. I think you should stop copying/restoring your broken config.

I've had three successful upgrades so far on different boxes. The one failed upgrade that I reproduced with the config file is still broken. I've backed up the config without package info, removed the package, upgraded again to 2.2.4, and then reinstalled with the same error. I've done the same steps and then searched the file system to remove any file with quagga or ospf in the name before re-upgrading and it still fails. It's a remote box, so I'm not sure how to fix this without performing a clean install locally.

Can you try reinstalling the package again?

Great success! The webgui Status tab works and I've got 4 neighbors again. Thanks!
