Description

1) no "Source Address" option for the default, "Default (any)"
2) no "Everything" option for "Remote Syslog Contents". The "toggle all" is nice, but checking every individual item is not the same as checking "everything" (which includes those plus future options added).

There needs to be a checkbox called "Everything (logall) that is submitted as part of the form

jQuery provided to disable all other boxes
"Toggle all" button removed
