Interfaces widget on the dashboard does not list interface IPv4/IPv6 addresses

Description
The interfaces widget on the dashboard should display the configured or obtained IPv4 address and IPv6 address for each interface.

Programmer had used a variable that was never set
Icons were also broken (and fixed)
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from Feedback to Assigned

Much better! Only one problem now, it does not display IPv6 addresses for the interfaces.
