1) Interface drop-down option/values are incorrect. Only shows "W" and "L" but should have WAN, LAN, Link local choices for all interfaces, plus all OpenVPN servers and Localhost

Here is how it looked on 2.2.x:

On 2.3, it shows only this:

2) The IP Protocol drop-down was converted to a radio selector (not clear why) but there is a lot of empty space between the choices. This should probably be put back into a drop-down selector.
