Dashboard widgets are not using the second column

Description

Sometime in the last two days (Between Sunday Oct 4th ~23:00 and Tuesday Oct 6th at ~9:00AM CDT) the Dashboard has broken on several of my test systems, both virtual and bare metal.

The second column of widgets is showing below the first column, and the formatting is off even there, they are narrower and not properly displayed.

Quick example, bottom of the first column, from Interfaces down should be the second column:
