When logging in as a user that does not have privileges configured to access one of the pages associated with a widget that is configured to appear on the dashboard, Safari repeatedly reloads the dashboard page.

I logged into an account on a 2.2.4 test box that only had the "WebCfg - System: Login / Logout page / Dashboard" and "WebCfg - System: User Password Manager page" privileges and is not a member of the admin group. The Traffic Graphs widget was configured to appear on the dashboard. The dashboard page repeatedly reloaded under Safari (but not under Firefox) until i stopped it. This occurred both on Mac OS X El Capitan and iOS 9.

There were log messages like the following in the System log:

php-fpm⁴²⁴⁹: /getstats.php: user1@xx.xx.xx.xx attempted to access /getstats.php but does not have access to that page. Redirecting to index.php.
