If enabled, "DHCP Server" appears in main menu (breadcrumb), but "NTP" appears under "Settings".

... If enabled, "NTP" should appear at the same level as "System", "Traffic", "Packets", "Quality", "DHCP" (if enabled), "Custom" and "Settings".
