Convert the pfSense package Mail Reports (mail/pfSense-pkg-mailreport) to Bootstrap
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
Committed what I have so far so it's mostly usable instead of mostly unusable.
Deleting of items from the report does not work (trickier since there are three similar sections on the page). Creating a report, adding items, generating a report, etc, all work just not deleting items from an existing report.

- % Done changed from 90 to 100
Pushed fixes for the remaining issues, it appears to be ready for general testing.
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
Seems to be fine, though it will likely need a revisit once the RRD changes are done.
