I converted the Raw Config and Status tabs to Bootstrap, the other config tabs were XML and were already OK.

This really needs someone with working BGP to test the status. The AJAX on that page was tricky and I don't have a working BGP setup to test against to see if it's all working. I get some status items but I'm not sure if the others are just because I don't have a good neighboring or if it's because there is a problem in the code.

I managed to get a working setup on two separate 2.3 boxes talking to each other and pushed some more fixes a couple days ago. Currently no known issues with the 2.3 version of the package, routing works and the status page displays correctly including limits and filtering. Can be reopened if needed.
