Dynamic gateways are not used properly in groups

Description

You can pick a dynamic gateway as part of a gateway group, but it does not make it into /tmp/rules.debug.

Because the group is added successfully, you can add a firewall rule that specifies using this gateway group. However, the macro for the gateway group is never written to the rules, and then the rules will fail to load for this reason, which results in an alert.
