Description

Add validation when renaming an Interface (description) and renaming/creating an Interface Group to make sure that the name is unique across all Interfaces and Interface Groups.

Tried to create/change interface name to match an interface group name and vice versa - error message as expected every time. I can't break it now.
Fixed.
