Description

The "Certificate Type" selection when creating a new certificate offers a choice of "CA", but the choice is broken and doesn't have a good reason to exist. CAs should be created on the CA tab, not here. Otherwise users are able to make invalid CAs which lacks the correct properties to sign other certificates,
