Bug #6121
closedenabling "Use memory file system for /tmp and /var" and then save force a reboot right away
0%
Description
When enabling this feature, and then save the config, instead of letting me press the reload button, it just rebooted right away.
I was able to see the reload button, but 1 sec later pfsense rebooted by itself.

The intended behavior is that if the "Use RAM Disks" setting is changed (with respect to the current configuration), on clicking the Save button the message:
"The "Use Ramdisk" setting has been changed. This will cause the firewall
to reboot immediately after the new setting is saved.
Please confirm."
is presented, allowing the user to save the change and reboot, or stay on the page.
How did your observation differ from this?

I wasn't able to confirm, it just rebooted right away (after 1 sec with the confirm message)

So as soon as you click the "Save" button, the reboot starts without giving you a chance to choose "OK" or "Cancel" ?
Which browser/OS do you use?
