It would be nice to convert "apcupsd" package to bootstrap so it can be used in version 2.3.x Its a really useful package and it was working really nice until version 2.2.6

I second that with enthusiasm! No apcupsd is a show stopper in my situation (3 boxes to upgrade to 2.3 from 2.2.6). Also arpwatch.

Apparently someone has updated the package and it's been waiting on approval here for over a month: https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/pull/128
