Description
The HAProxy tabbar is missing (Settings, Frontend, Backend, etc.) for users of a group, where the users are only allowed to see/edit the HAProxy service.
For the admin user the tabbar is displayed normally.
I tried haproxy and haproxy-devel packages, but had no luck with both.

Should be fixed in current pkg0.47 version. Can you confirm?
