Description
OSPFd is ignoring static routes in zebra.conf.
It began after router has been updated to v2.3(Quagga_OSPF ver. 0.6.13).
I checked on version 2.2.6, all works fine

router ospf
redistribute static
network 10.44.0.0/30 area 0.0.0.0
network 192.168.214.0/24 area 2
