Snort does not deinstall properly

Description

Attempting to de-install "Snort" leaves the package as installed in package manager overview. Accessing the Snort menu then gives a 404. Because the de-install failed the package can't be re-installed, so you are left wit a non functional package.

I too noticed that when I tried to uninstall Snort, there was no effect. But when I tried again immediately, it did get uninstalled.

This issue was caused by "require_once("config.inc");" in snort.inc.

I made a ticket about said issue "redmine.pfsense.org/issues/873"

just for the record. I just did a deinstall / install for another ticket and had no issues with deinstalling.
