Description
I have a fresh 2.3.2 install on i386 on a 4gb cf card (nano version). New rules didn't apply automatically. I have to reload filter myself.
On an other system with amd64 and normal installation and updated from 2.2 branch there is no problem.
I tested it with 2 new installations on i386, nano, 4GB. The problem apperas on both machines.
